Our Philosophy

Today Turkey's housing market enjoys a double-digit growth. New construction/real estate development projects and restructuring works are implemented at a fast pace by local enterprises and through international collaboration. People, on the other hand, feel the need for access to more livable, more organic and functional environments. There is need to develop projects that offer people an environment connected with nature, and that contribute novelties in both architecture and location.

With Durak Textile, the first company founded by the Durak Investment Group and named among the largest companies that steer the textile industry with its more than 30 years of experience, we made it our tradition to "offer the needed services with the best quality." And today we have successfully completed West Wall, a visionary project that has brought a new lease of life to the construction industry under the leadership of Durak Plus Real Estate. When we look at the construction industry as a whole, we see that we have distinguished ourselves by introducing a yet undiscovered living area, and in doing so, by placing our focus on "people and nature" at the heart of the project. Having brought to life the first real estate enterprise by Durak Plus Real Estate and İstanbul's only villa project with a marina, the West Wall Marina Villas, is of great importance to me and my team.

And we will adopt a similar framework in planning our 12,000-m2 land in Beylikdüzü. We have 2 real estate projects that are soon to be launched in this direction. These projects are planned to include residential and commercial areas. In the light of our people- and nature-oriented vision we will implement one of our investments as part of the urban transformation project.

As well as our robust and influential steps in the construction industry, we will not neglect our activities in the textile industry and will promptly continue with our investments. Above all, Durak Textile is Durak Investment Group's first company and one with which we have sown the seeds of success. Our passion and loyalty to the textile industry will always be there.
